Our Mares

Asa La Puella
*Rastano x *Parafina II by Garbo
1983 Chestnut Straight Spanish Mare

Asa La Puella is a big, bold moving Spanish mare and dam to US National Top Ten English Hack and US National Top Ten Country English Pleasure, A Supreme Magician. Puella’s sire, the 1980 Spanish National Champion Male, *Rastano (Jaguay x Arilla), was imported from Spain and was Region V Pleasure Driving Champion and a Region XVII Top Five Halter Stallion before his exportation to Brazil. Puella is out of the royally-bred Garbo daughter, *Parafina II. Garbo (Orive x Baldosa) is the sire of more offspring in Spain than any other past premier breeding stallions. His daughters and sons are highly prized by the Spanish Military and, consequently, Spain has let go of only a few of the Garbo get for importation into the US.

Tesoro Fantasia
*Barich de Washoe x *Shanela by Motamid
1986 Chestnut Straight Spanish Mare

Tesoro Fantasia is sired by the legendary *Barich de Washoe, one of the all time leading Spanish sires of champions, with over 80 champions and 18 National winners to his credit). Fantasia is also paternal sister to Canadian National Champion Mare, SB La Ina, Canadian National Champion Hunter, SH Barichade, and US National and Canadian Top Ten Stallion and National Champion Sire, Lamolin. She is out of the imported Motamid daughter, *Shanela. Motamid was highly prized and used by the King of Morocco for incorporating extreme type and beauty into his breeding program and Motamid daughters proved to be excellent producers.

Nuk the Brand

1994 16H Homozygous Tobiano Paint Mare

“Bell” is a big, beautiful Paint mare with outstanding conformation and bloodlines and we are very excited about incorporating her bloodlines into our Half-Arabian pinto sport horse program. She is in foal to El Cid for a 2007 foal. We extend a heart-felt THANK YOU! to Lookout Valley Ranch for the opportunity to purchase this fine mare. We look forward to a big, flashy dressage prospect out of Bell.
