Walnut Crest Farms is a small, family-owned facility nestled in the beautiful Piney Woods of East Texas between Tyler and Lufkin. Owner Sharon Whitaker has had a life long passion for the Arabian horse and now focuses on the breeding of fine Classical Spanish Arabians. As a Spanish breeder, Sharon is very dedicated to the preservation of the genetic prepotency of the Spanish Arabian gene pool and firmly believes in improving and maintaining the purity of the Spanish Arabian. The Spanish prepotency is evidenced in today’s show ring in both halter and performance by many well known International, National and Scottsdale Champions and Top Ten winners.
